In each apartment you will find at your disposal a coffee machine with the relative coffee capsules.

In each apartment you will find an oven, an ironing board, a kettle and a hairdryer at your disposal.
Any other appliances can be consulted in the list of equipment of the individual apartment.

Yes, the apartments are equipped with linen and towels. Beach towels to take to the beach are also available on request.

No, there are no cleaning products available in the apartment. You will find at your disposal all the cleaning tools such as cloths, sponges, brooms and buckets.

Yes, the internet connection is available free of charge in all structures.

Yes, you can park your car in the parking lot
municipality located near the apartment with a non-divisible car pass of € 20.00 per week.

There is a limited availability of covered parking spaces within the structure at a cost of € 10, – per day.

Yes, it is possible to add a single bed only in the rooms of the apartments “Baia di Orte”, “Baia di Otranto” and “Baia Santo Stefano”.

Yes, the rooms are equipped with bed linen, bath linen and tea towels for kitchen use.

The power outlets in our facilities are Italian 220 v.

Yes, tap water is drinkable in all facilities.

Yes, small pets are welcome in our apartments.
Vaccination certification and insurance must be shown upon arrival.
Cleaning for pets € 40, – if applicable.

Check-in takes place independently without time constraints and in full freedom starting from 15:00. For Check-In between 17:00 and 20:00 it is possible to be greeted in person by Annalisa, the owner of the structure, who will be able to offer you suggestions and advice for your holiday in Otranto.
Late Check-In is always possible and is free thanks to the automated system.

Check-out takes place categorically by 10:00. Any keys to the gates and entrance doors or pine forest should be left in the apartment where they are found as written in the Welcome Book, blue, yellow and green key and black emergency key.

Intermediate cleaning is the responsibility of the guest, who will have all the necessary tools available in the apartment.

Final cleaning is included.

Any midweek cleaning on request has a cost of € 10 per hour.

All our accommodations are sanitized and disinfected according to current legislation in order to guarantee a safe stay for all our guests.

Our staff lives near the apartments and is ready to offer you prompt support in case of need.

Upon your departure, we ask you to leave the apartment in the best possible condition.
Remember to clean the hob, collect the towels in one place and dispose of the waste sorted according to directions. Leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you.

Inside the apartment you will find our Welcome Book with the house manual and the rules to follow for the best coexistence with the other guests in the structure.

In our facilities you will have at your disposal welcome and assistance in Italian, English and German.

All the apartments are located within the same structure and can also be reserved in a single reservation. Write or call us to check availability and make your reservation.

The accepted payment methods are cash, bank transfer and credit card via Stripe.

Yes, the Tourist Tax is calculated during the payment phase.
Any midweek cleaning on request has a cost of € 10 per hour. Cleaning for pets € 40, – if applicable.

At the time of booking it is required a 30% deposit of the total booking amount. The full balance must be payed within the 15 days prior to the arrival.

In case of cancellation before 15 days, the deposit will be returned.

Yes, at the time of booking a deposit is required which amounts to 30% of the total booking.

A  security deposit of € 200 per apartment may be required to be paid at check-in and refunded at check-out after it is verified the integrity of the apartment and its equipments. The customer must leave the apartment at check-out having cleaned the kitchenette and having removed any waste that will be thrown into the appropriate bins of the structure, otherwise a supplement of € 20.00 will be required which could be subtracted from the deposit.

You don’t have to pay anything, final cleaning is included.
Any midweek cleaning on request has a cost of € 10 per hour.

No, the daily rate does not include taxes.
The tourist tax must be paid upon check-in.
