PARKING
Guests can park their cars in the garage of the residence at a cost of 70 euros per week when available.

LINEN CHANGE
The first supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price of the stay.
It is possible to request the change of extra linen during the stay with a supplement of € 7.00 for each bed and for each set of towels.On request, Marimar Apartments provides each guest with a beach towel, to be returned at check-out.
WASHING MACHINE
The washing machines are located in the dedicated service area on the ground floor for free use by each guest.
The washing machines are available from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 22:00.
SERVICES FOR THE CHILDREN
At MariMar Apartments we care about the needs of families with small children. It is possible to request a cot inside the apartment for the entire duration of your stay at an additional cost of € 40.00.
In addition, a high chair is also available on request at an additional cost of € 10.00.
PINE FOREST
MariMar Apartments enjoys a splendid private pine forest for the exclusive use of guests with a relaxation area, barbecue and gazebo equipped with chairs and tables.All guests have free access to the pine forest, but is strictly forbidden to smoke in the pine forest. Pets are always welcome, but dogs must always be accompanied by their owner inside the pine forest.
BARBECUE
In the private pine forest you will find a practical barbecue at your disposal for your outdoor dinners. The use of the barbecue is by reservation and there is a supplement of € 15.00 for cleaning after use.

Inside the apartment you will find at your disposal a detailed geographical map of Otranto and Salento with many tips on places to visit. In addition, we have prepared an exclusive brochure of the best restaurants in the area, some of which have an agreement with a 10% discount for hotel guests, and a selection of current events.
SUPERMARKETS AND FIRST NECESSITY SERVICES
Our apartments are located 200 meters from the sea, in the modern area of the city of Otranto and a short distance from the historic center. In the vicinity there are several shops, including some supermarkets, a pharmacy and a post office with an ATM.

OTRANTO CARD
From the 1st April to 30th September guests are required to pay a tourist tax to the town council of Otranto.
In return they will be provided with the Otranto card which will allow them to use a number of public services for free, such as guided tours, bicycle rent and, the use of WiFi, and a discount of 10% at various shops and shopping centers.
BICYCLE, SCOOTER AND CAR RENTAL
It is possible to rent scooters.
To reach the beach or to move freely, you can request the rental of bicycles, scooters or cars. The reservation is made through the rental services affiliated with the structure.
TRANSFER
Transfer Brindisi airport-Lecce train station (on request)
APE CALESSINO RENTAL
The Ape Calessino, a three or four-wheeled vehicle that will take you around the town and surroundings with a few euros or take you home, is in effect the taxi service in the town.
HORSE RIDING
Upon request, it is possible to organize an exciting horseback ride in Salento to admire the nature trails of the Otranto-Leuca Natural Park. Along the millenary Via Francigena, we will enjoy the splendid panorama of the Palascia Lighthouse, the easternmost panoramic point of Italy.
EXCURSIONS
Upon request, it is possible to organize excursions and trips by boat or raft. Departing from Otranto, you go along the coast visiting the various coves, caves and villages on the sea.
